Trainee

The Trainee learns our business through Orientation, computer-based training, on- the-job-training, coaching and mentoring from store management. Trainees will learn outstanding customer service while conducting buying, sales and lending activities with customers.

Pawnbroker

An experienced Pawnbroker provides outstanding customer service while conducting merchandise buying, selling and pawn activities for customers. Our Team Members work with supervision to follow business and regulatory standards for accurately qualifying loans and appraising customer goods, pawn loans and purchase approvals.

Manager in Training

The Manager in Training works with the Store Manager to develop and maintain the working environment within the store and to ensure outstanding customer service while overseeing all business operations. The Manager in Training has the opportunity to participate and work closely with management in a training program that will assist in acquiring the job knowledge and experience in every aspect of Extra Cash Pawn’s proven methods in the pawn industry.
